How Training Works for Player Skills

Training your players in the game at www.hockeyarena.net is one of the most important aspects of the game. You must make certain that you train each and every one of your players everyday, or they will not regenerate their energy levels at all. (Meaning they will lose energy everyday and not re-energize during the nightly update) Below explains how training works and at what rate it will improve your players skills.

Here is an example:
Player = Wayne Gretzky
Player Training % = 20%
Training Schedule = 90%
Training Breakdown = 45% Strength - 45% Speed - 10% Rest

Player Training % = 20% This is the maximum total percentage that you can add to all skills combined on that given day of training.
But since you are scheduled to train 90% that day you would only get 18% (90% of the 20% that your player can train) added to your skills that you train.
Strength being 45% of your training would add 8.1% to your Strength skill that day.
Speed being 45% of your training would add 8.1% to your Speed skill that day.
Sooooo, basically it would take 12.4 days of training like this to move both Strength and Speed up 1 Skill Point each at this training regiment for this particular player.

These skill % improvements
(as explained above) on a training day indicate ONLY the percentages for a player that is in a reserve role for the day. If a player is active in the game that day, these percentage improvements should be slighly higher then stated here. This is due to the fact the the player also gains skill improvemts from the game/match in which they played that day.

Hope this makes sense.....But, please construct your own training regiment!!!
