(17 - position) * 1.000.000 * league_coef
league_coef is:
1st - 1
2nd - 0.9
3rd - 0.8
4th - 0.7
5th - 0.6
6th (and lower) - 0.5
Playoff:
quarterfinal losers - 2.500.000 * league_coef
1st - 10.000.000 * league_coef
2nd - 7.500.000 * league_coef
3rd - 6.000.000 * league_coef
4th - 4.500.000 * league_coef
